Customizable Fine Jewelry from Anjolee.com

Jewelry. Just the word makes me feel pretty. Although I tend to wear large statement pieces when I go out on the town there’s nothing quite like the understated glimmer of fine jewelry to make me feel elegant and sophisticated. When it comes to costume jewelry I tend to throw caution to the wind, trying new styles and trendy pieces if they’re affordable. But with fine jewelry I’m much, much, pickier.  Gems are expensive after all.

So when Anjolee.com contacted me about reviewing their line of customizable diamond and gemstone jewelry I was intrigued. Looking at the website I saw that the customer can choose from a variety of jewelry styles, including Diamond Hoop Earrings and Diamond Studs. Once you see a style you like, you can choose between different metals like yellow gold, white gold or platinum.  Then it’s on to deciding on the color, size and quality of the stones. So you get just what you want.  Nice.

They kindly offered to send me a pair of earrings to review.  Not surprisingly they couldn’t give me the five carat diamond earrings of my dreams, so I chose these sweet little Peridot studs instead.

Aren’t they pretty?  They arrived in a rather large parcel.  Inside was a small box…

…and a little gift bag.

Inside the little box was another little box.

and inside the box…

…earrings!

Perhaps next time I’ll convince them to send me a Diamond Tennis Bracelet to review, or maybe I’ll just buy one for myself.

Do you wear fine jewelry? Have you ever bought some for yourself?

    Ah Heather, you look DREAMY!
Love the color of the peridot.
I’m going to check to see if they have citrine. I’m needing citrine right now.

Hoping that tennis bracelet will find it’s way into your life soon!

They do! the garnets would be very pretty too.
I couldn’t get a quote to come up. Guess I’ll have to wait till I get home.

What am I doing shopping for jewelry at work? BAD ANNE.

“Not surprisingly they couldn’t give me the five carat diamond earrings . . .” if only! if only! Would have been so nice. Wait, don’t all women love fine jewelry or is that shoes. Yes, that’s it . . shoes which would explain my lack of fine jewelry.
    The Peridot earrings are lovely!

OH I know. I’ll buy shoes any day, but jewelry takes up less room and fine jewelry is eternal! Really, I would love a pair of diamond earrings. Sigh.

Ooh, pretty little beauties – is that your gemstone by any chance? Love a bit of sparkle!

I didn’t realise they had Rimmel in the States… Red always looks good on you.

I’m Topaz but I really like the green of Peridot. I wear a lot of green so green seemed like the way to go.
Yes! We have Rimmel here in the states. Love their lipstick.

The peridot is sweet. I don’t own a ton of fine jewelry ( a few pieces left to me…) but I do like to mix it with more costumey-jewelry. Sort of takes the seriousness out of it.

Most of my fine jewelry were family gifts or heirlooms, except of course my engagement ring! But I don’t have a lot either.

I have purchased some sorts of good jewelry in my life and I confirm that this peridot is looking very cool and elegant. I would like to purchase the same for my sister.

I liked the packaging, the most. The gift bag, the box & most importantly, the earrings. Fab, I say! :)
