Most soy is GMO. Be sure to look for ORGANIC soy products!
Farmed fish (like that cheap salmon at the grocery store) is also GMO. Current US laws don’t require labeling as such. My nutritionist calls it frankenfish. To be safe, buy wild fish.
Scary, right?

I like your outfit a lot. The beautiful contrast of light hosiery with a dark dress is nice. Lychee really does suit your skin tone. You seem to have flawless legs.

Me having flawless legs isn’t as important, but a certain level of ugliness, like scars or redness from acne and ingrown hairs can be distracting.

I love the way the hem line is not at the top of the thigh, but it is above the knee, which makes it look modestly youthful. I like your Mary Janes also. They caught my attention rather quickly.
