Many positive changes have occurred since I started blogging about my personal style a little over a year ago. I have made new friends and connected with a community of people who are passionate about fashion. My husband and I are having a blast scouring the city for cool locations to shoot photos. There are a lot of nice aspects to being a style blogger, or a fashion blogger, or whatever it is that we who posts photos of our outfits online call ourselves. One is meeting other people who share our passion for fashion and clothing. Another is being invited by these new friends to local store openings and fashion-related events. This weekend he charming Sasha Jones of LA Inspiration asked my husband and I to attend a party at a local eyewear boutique. The store, called The Guise Archives, offers a large selection of beautiful vintage eyeglass frames. They sell new, high-end frames as well, but I was so obsessed with the chunky vintage sunglasses that I wasn’t able to focus on much else.
